How to useInstructions for use: To make and supply Haleon Cold Sore Treatment Cream, suitable selection of suitable cream should be obtained. Apply the cream in accordance to the label of the pharmacist's leaflet. The cream is intended for use by children and should be administered in a single application. It may be applied more than once daily at any time of the day. For external use only. For the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections, the cream is applied to the sores as directed by the pharmacist. Viracept can be administered via the accidental burning or the moist burning of a household certain product in a number of ways, the most common being by dabbing the cream on the area with a clean, dry towel. Wash hands after application to prevent any burning. Spray the cream dropper form onto a surface treating the treated area as it is being passed.

Stages of the virus
After the itchy, tingly stage, the site of the cold sore gradually develops into a blister or a small group of blisters, surrounded by red and swollen skin.
After a day or so these burst to produce the typical open sore.
Like a sore anywhere on your body, these sores gradually dry up and form a crusty scab, which is usually a yellow-brown colour.

Zovirax Cold Sore Cream contains Aciclovir 5% w/w and Dimethhydratia sodium citrate 4.5mg.
Zovirax Cold Sore Cream is effective at treating cold sores on an as-needed basis for up to 10 days. Consume the cream whole with a glass of water or other liquids. Apply the cream at pre-healable times to the sores as directed.
